May 11, 2020

In this episode, I speak with Betina Wildhaber, a career advisor at California State University, Chico, about resources and strategies for assisting neurodivergent clients.  For the past 12 years, she has worked primarily with nonprofit organizations providing employment and enrichment opportunities for neurodivergent individuals.  Betina developed Neurodiversity Network, a website of employment resources for neurodivergent individuals, the community, and employers.  Listen to this episode to learn:

  • the important question Betina asks clients in order to understand their barriers to employment;
